A new person will enter your life in the early year, Leo. Look past any moments of frustration they might bring and laugh—this could be the start of a thriving friendship.

Theo Wallace usually laughs at the horoscopes his mom sends. Still hung up on his ex-girlfriend and practically friendless, this one begs him to reconsider. Because a friendship that stuck, that thrived…

Well, that would be a reason to leave past pains behind and look to the Bright Future.

When his sister Leone challenges him to find her the perfect date for a spring wedding, Theo uses it as a chance to make new friends. Theo’s ex economics tutor and newest roommate Mr Jamie Cooper seems to be a possible and convenient match. Real convenient. Like written in the stars, convenient.

All he has to do is make sure this Jamie is good enough. Could really be the one for her, and the friend for him.

But watch out, Leo, the stars have a surprise in store…

Do you believe in destiny? In a higher magic or the stars? No? Theo doesn’t as well.
Raised with the usual horoscopes send by his mom to him and his twin Leone it is Theo’s utmost fun to read them – but not truly believe in them.

He suffers still from his broken relationship with Sam – Samantha – who he thought would be the woman he marries in future. But devastated due to her actions not only Theo but also his sister Leone is sitting there alone. Both twins are excited to find new partners in live, Theo’s thirst to be challenged – and win the competitions – is aroused and he is ready to make new friends. When his former economics tutor Jamie is searching for a flat it is the right time for Theo to try to seduce him – without being aware he is the one who’s been seduced by Jamie’s natural attractivity and charming behavior.

It seems he is the one Aries who is capable to get along with the fierce, self-determinded behaviour of the Leo…

In a real slow burn but not boring way Anyta Sunday creates a marvelous story. It’s soon predictable in which way the story leads though the journey through the book is the destination. :3 It is charming how funny Theo and his sister Leone are presented. Not only Theo is pleasant, Leone is a nice side-heroine you wish only the best. Maybe it’s because of her disability to see – she is blind – you are touched by her pain tough she isn’t a character you pity. Quite the contrary, she is a nice girl who says very open when her brother is doing something stupid or isn’t aware of things.

Theo as the main character and normally interested in women is totally interesting. He isn’t against the relationship between men but couldn’t expect to feel himself attracted towards a man, but Jamie has something very special. And this isn’t only a thing only Theo recognised, you as the reader are also intrigued by him and his natural charme. :3 ❤

What I really enjoyed was the innuendo between the two constantly. :3 There is the sexual chemistry right from the start and sometimes Theo isn’t aware what sexappeal he has and what he is doing with Jamie. But Jamie is challenging him constantly – what tickles the curiosity of Theo the Leo. 😀

One scene for example is this:

“You just want me bowing down before you”. Jamie eyed him, and said dryly, “I wouldn’t mind you on youir knees, singing my praises.” “Never going to happen”, Theo said. “No matter hw much yumminess you bring to my life”

Boy, what a conversation. *needs air*

But despite the sexual tension there is the emotional part in the book which is sweet as hell. Have a look at this quote in the scene where Theo is explaning the concept of love I a quite unique way – with using economic terms. 🙂

“The more time and emotional dollars you invest into a relationship, the more you inspire trust that encourages the other person to spent outcome, this spending will lead to more emotional wealth. Or, translated, love.”

You see, you are also educated in a very charming way during the book. :3

The bonus – Leo tops Aries – you can download from the author’s homepage (in the format of your choice) it is the perfect closure of the events of the first novel. But according the entry on Goodreads the journey isn’t over. There is a second novel – the pairing isn’t revealed yet.

If you’ve loved the hot steamy erotic in Leo loves Aries you will be truly satisfied with the bonus where the pressure is rising to the maximum. :3 ❤

For both I give 5 out of 5 stars. 🙂 One of the best books I’ve read in the Q4 of the year 2016. Maybe one of THE best books. ❤

With this review I wish you a happy New Year’s Eve. Celebrate with friends, but please be careful. 🙂

Let is be a great year 2017 where the year 2016 was a crappy year in so many ways…
