The blurb sounded really good and I expected the usual good entertainment. And I got it.
The title is perfectly fitting, it’s all about second chances – in more than one way in the book.
Not even between Zac and Anton, also between Zac and his family and for the whole community/city where Anton lives.
I liked how natural flowing this book was. It was with a bit drama but not too much, the reason for Zac leaving the town was as understandable as Anton’s grief. Also both guys have all the right to be angry about each other.
The sexual chemistry is – and was never fading – a constant component in the book.
It was burried – fitting to the title – and now is rising from the ashes 😉
I was also very touched by the reunion of Zac with his family… it shows nothing is perfect and a steady process. And very understandable and without too dramatical fuss.
I liked this book very much and it contains all I really like: second chances, character developments and reasonable but sometimes emotional fueled behaviour. But without too much cheesiness. XD
5 out of 5 stars. 🙂 Again I can say: highly recommended. 🙂
